In the Restaurant Qazaq Gourmet, guests are given the opportunity to travel the traditions of the Kazakh cuisine, witnessing the revival of ancient nomad recipes and the manifestation of the richness of the tastes of the Kazakh land. Entering the restaurant, the guest feels from the first step that he has fallen into the world of nomad traditions, being in the very center of the modern capital. At the entrance, a guest is met by a hostess girl who escorts him to the hall. Further, it offers kumys or shalap in summer, green tea with steppe herbs (thyme) or traditional Kazakh tea with milk in winter. They also suggest studying the menu and choosing dishes in which the chef revives ancient recipes in a completely new combination and presentation! The restaurant is designed in the main hall for 75 seats, the European VIP room for 12 people, the Tapchan VIP room for 6 people, and a summer terrace for 40 people.
